The hot Galactic and circumgalactic plasma have firstly been directly resolved in X-ray by the ROSAT all-sky survey (RASS) X-ray background maps since 90s. Thanks to the eROSITA, it is now possible to resolve the diffuse X-ray emission in an unprecedented energy resolution and position accuracy. Here, we present the soft band maps from the SRG/eROSITA eRASS1, ranging from 0.2 to 5.0 keV with point sources and instrumental backgrounds subtracted. We cross correlate the measurements by comparing the eROSITA-observed diffuse X-ray emission with the RASS X-ray background maps. Due to the variations between the two instruments, this comparison enables one to determine whether there are any potential systematic impacts.
