We present updated catalogs of low-mass (LMXB) and high-mass (HMXB) X-ray binaries compiled as part of preparatory work aiming to characterize complete census of the Galactic X-ray binaries with eRosita. The catalogs contain source names, coordinates, types, orbital parameters, X-ray fluxes, as well as optical and IR counterpart properties of 349 LMXBs and 165 HMXBs, an increase of over than 50% compared to published work. Along with the catalogs, we also provide finding charts consisting of 4 different images ranging from near IR to hard X-ray for each source using 2MASS, CXO, XMM-Newton, ROSAT, INTEGRAL and SWIFT data. In a situation where the object has no identified optical counterpart, an effort was made to identify tentative counterparts with help of Gaia DR3 data. We hope that the catalogs will help in future studies of the XRB population, as well as the processes of star formation in the Galaxy.
